• Role Overview:

Were seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale all digital marketing channels of the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and social media management, along with hands-on experience in lead generation and budget optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of budgets across performance marketing channels like google ads, facebook, classifieds to drive awareness and generate business.
• Optimise ads to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app, without compromising user quality.
• Analyze traffic data, flows, funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and opportunities to grow.
• Be actively involved in all SEO efforts (On-Page, Off-Page and Technical)
• Managing content on all social media channels like Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube etc.
• Be hands-on and detail-oriented in terms of analysing results

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Proven experience in lead generation through performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing a minimum monthly marketing budget of ?2 Lakhs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and campaign tracking.
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO strategies, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Self-driven with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
