FINANCE ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Vutto is a full-stack, phygital platform transforming the used two-wheeler market in India. We combine certified online listings with offline retail experience, in-house refurbishment, warranty support, and end-to-end documentation to deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and contracts
• Manage payment cycles (NEFT/RTGS/cheque/online transfers)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and clarifications
• Handle TDS, GST (if applicable), and other statutory deductions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation

KEY REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
• 15 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
