Role: Micro Market - CEO
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Lead a team of 6-8 members, managing a micromarket in Mumbai
- Manage P&L of the MM (~10-20+ Cr annual revenue)
- Come up with strategies and tactics to improve depth and unit economics in the given MM
- Establish relationships with brokers, drive sales, ensure high customer experience
- Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to accelerate demand and supply.
- Own the end-to-end sales funnel, from lead generation to closure, ensuring predictable business outcomes.
- Deliver a seamless customer journey while maintaining a high NPS.
- Analyze market trends, identify expansion opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to strengthen market leadership.
