Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and Strategy Lead in North India, based in Rajahmundry with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves generating new business leads, conducting market research, strategizing business growth, interacting with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and overseeing project execution to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and strategy development
• Proficient communication and customer service skills
• Experience in lead generation and market research
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus

3 Month probation is mandatory.

Starting salary is from Rs.15,000/month
