W Beyond is hiring fresh ITI and Diploma candidates . This is a great opportunity for complete freshers who want to start their career with a reputed organization and gain hands-on experience through the NAPS/NATS apprenticeship program.
Stipend Details
- 10th / 12th 10,994 per month
- ITI 12,094 per month
- Diploma 13,547 per month
- Incentive 106 per extra working hour
Qualification and Eligibility
- Candidates who have completed ITI or Diploma in ECE, EEE, or Mechanical are eligible to apply.
- Only freshers are considered for this role.
- Candidates must be willing to learn and work in a production or maintenance environment at Greater Noida.
Onboarding Process
Day 1 HR and department interview followed by document verification (Aadhar card, qualification certificates, and bank passbook).
Day 2 Registration in FR device for attendance.
Training Details
1 day of basic induction training followed by 3 days of On-the-Job (OJT) training.
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Interview Location: , Greater Noida
