Opportunity For Manager Legal With Solar EPC Company-Mumbai

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Manager Legal with 7-10 years of experience in corporate legal departments or reputed law firms, preferably in the Solar EPC, power, or infrastructure sector. The role involves end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of Solar EPC contracts and commercial agreements, including NDAs, MoUs, LoIs, LoAs, lender agreements, and loan documentation. Responsibilities include pre- and post-contract management, contractual risk assessment, claims handling (EOT, LDs, variations, termination), contracts administration, and compliance. The role also requires exposure to LC/BG, procurement contracts, land acquisition documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders, contractors, lenders, and external counsel. This is a managerial role with strong individual ownership and minimal supervision.
