Product Manager-5 Yrs (EdTech)

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Project Manager, in a product-based company.
• Strong experience in end-to-end product ownership, not just requirement documentation.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
• Strong understanding of product thinking, user journeys, and UX fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to confirm and validate designs.
• Solid exposure to competitor and market analysis for product decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user experience.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Wayvida across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate business vision, user needs, and market insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals and user impact.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to review, validate, and confirm user flows, wireframes, and final designs before development.
• Ensure designs meet usability standards, business intent, and product consistency.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to benchmark features, workflows, and user experience.
• Convert competitor insights into actionable product enhancements and differentiation strategies.
• Act as the single source of truth for engineering teams on product requirements and priorities.
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Validate completed features to ensure functional accuracy, design alignment, and acceptance criteria compliance.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, leadership, engineering, and design teams on product decisions.
• Analyze user feedback, usage data, and internal insights to drive continuous product and UX improvements.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for product outcomes, quality, and adoption.
