- Provide strategic leadership to our regional sales team for the digital product line
- Drive revenue growth and pipeline integrity in collaboration with global product leaders
- Optimize revenue mix across software and hardware sales, aligning with product strategy
- Manage and deliver on key commercial metrics: revenue, margins, EBIDTA, YoY growth, and more
What Youll Bring:
- 10+ years of technology sales experience in the oil and gas sector
- 7+ years of proven success in software sales
- 3+ years of experience in edge and automation sales
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Cloud certifications from major cloud providers
