Key Responsibilities:-

• Content Creation & Ideation
• Create creative and platform-specific ideas for posts, reels, stories, and short videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Write engaging captions and hashtags aligned with current trends.
• Design, Video Editing & AI Tools
• Design attractive graphics and edit short videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or Adobe After Effects.
• Use AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, creatives, and basic video edits.
• Ensure content follows platform trends and formats.
• Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to engage with the audience and build brand interaction.
• Analytics, Strategy & Algorithms
• Track insights such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
• Understand and apply social media algorithms to improve content performance.
• Identify trends and suggest content improvements based on data.
• SEO & Content Marketing Support
• Support content posting and engagement on platforms like Quora and Medium.
• Influencer Outreach and content marketing activities to increase visibility and traffic.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to trends
