React .NET Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, .NET Core, and SQL, with the ability to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing both front-end and back-end features, ensuring seamless integration between user-facing elements and server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development:
• Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and associated libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and business logic using .NET Core.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization systems.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the application.
• Database Management:
• Design, implement, and optimize relational databases using SQL (e.g., SQL Server).
• Write complex queries and stored procedures to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate database-driven features with the front-end and back-end systems.
• Code Quality and Testing:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications as needed.
• Collaboration and Agile Development:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, with solid experience in building dynamic and scalable web applications.
• Experience with .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core) to develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth, JWT, and OpenID Connect.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with front-end state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with a focus on React, .NET Core, and SQL.
