We are looking for a Junior AI Automation Engineer who has hands-on experience using Claude Code or Codex in real projects. The role is focused on using AI tools, automation platforms, and basic development skills to automate manual tasks, improve workflows, and build practical internal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools to build and improve automation workflows.
- Automate repetitive manual tasks across business processes, data handling, documents, and internal operations.
- Support basic development work required for automation, integrations, or internal tool building.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar tools to connect systems and reduce manual effort.
- Understand team requirements and convert them into simple, usable AI-driven solutions.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in automation, AI-assisted development, or related technical work.
- Mandatory: Hands-on project experience with Claude Code or Codex in at least one real project, internship, freelance assignment, or practical use case.
- Basic understanding of automation tools, APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.

- Basic scripting or development knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to work with structured data, workflows, and process improvement tasks.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
- Exposure to WordPress, Shopify, or lightweight web development.
- Portfolio, GitHub, Loom, or examples of automations or tools built using AI.
