Accounting Clerk

An organized and detail-oriented individual with knowledge in accounting principles and be proficient in QuickBooks Online accounting software as well as related software platforms such as Microsoft Excel.

Duties

• Accounts payable and receivable functions including paying vendors and collections.
• Utilize double-entry bookkeeping methods to maintain financial records accurately.
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support audit processes.
• Collaborate with other members of the accounting team on various tasks.

• Previous experience in accounting or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with account reconciliation and analysis techniques.
• A degree in accounting or some course studies is preferred.

This is a permanent full-time non-exempt in person position.
