Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage IT Infrastructure-related vendor operations, licensing, budgeting, and asset lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end vendor coordination, legal and compliance matters, budgeting activities, and access/license management, ensuring seamless IT operational support and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

• Identify and evaluate vendors for various IT infrastructure services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors.
• Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding including MDM setup.
• Manage vendor compliance, legal liabilities, and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service delivery performance.

Procure-to-Pay Lifecycle:

• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Oversee payment processing through relevant internal tools.
• Manage provision submission and track payment status.

Budget & Financial Management:

• Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation.
• Budget planning and capping for new projects and requirements.
• Monitor budget utilization across projects and procurement activities.

Operational Tasks:

• Create and manage PRPO requests in procurement tools.
• Process and track payments in various platforms.
• Maintain access to operational tools such as:
• Tally (including month-end closing)
• SAP (License assignment and GRC mapping)
• NewGen
• Brain Tool

License Management:

• Track and maintain the inventory of licenses.
• Oversee license renewal processes and timelines.
• Allocate licenses to relevant users and ensure optimal utilization.

Audit & Compliance:

• Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence gathering.
• Collaborate with the Infra team and vendors for audit observations.
• Manage closure and certification of VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing).

Asset Management:

• Onboard and offboard IT assets as per organizational policy.
• Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
• Allocate and re-allocate assets to end-users.
• Coordinate asset repairs, decommissioning, and issue resolution with vendors/OEM/Group IT.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, vendor management, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in tools like SAP, Tally, and procurement/payment systems.
• Good understanding of IT asset and license management.
