The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in designing and delivering impactful learning programs, managing LMS, and conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Skilled in vendor management, onboarding, and leveraging AI/ML to enhance learning experiences. Proficient in data analysis, ROI measurement, and driving innovative, performance-focused learning solutions to foster employee growth and engagement. The role demands a strong digital knowledge base to implement cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies.
