Core Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Direct and mentor a team of HR specialists or coordinators. This includes work allocation, performance management, and professional development.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee critical "hire-to-retire" processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data updates, and contract management.
Service Delivery (SLAs/KPIs): Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement improvements to HR workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Escalation Point: Act as the first point of contact for complex queries or "Tier 2" issues that basic helpdesk support cannot resolve.
Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all HR data and transactions comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal auditing standards.
