Job Purpose/ Summary

Manage the end-to-end pre-joining and onboarding process by ensuring seamless candidate documentation, BGV, medical clearances, stakeholder coordination, compliance adherence, and a positive onboarding experience with high standards of accuracy and audit readiness.

To manage the end-to-end pre-joining and Onboarding lifecycle by ensuring timely completion of candidate documentation, Background Verification (BGV., pre-employment medical checks, Onboarding activities, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with organizational policies. The role is responsible for delivering an efficient and seamless Onboarding experience while maintaining high standards of data accuracy, documentation quality, and audit readiness.

Responsibility

Manage the endtoend background verification BGV process for new hires including document review case allocation and vendor coordinationbr Coordinate with external BGV vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely verification and case closurebr Track vendor SLATAT follow up on pending cases and highlight delays or escalations wherever requiredbr Review final BGV reports perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholdersbr Ensure compliance with company policies data privacy requirements and audit standardsbr Initiate and coordinate onboarding activities through HRMSWelPro as per defined processes and timelinesbr Coordinate with candidates Talent Acquisition Business Unit HR Hiring Managers and other support teams for smooth joining and Day 1 readinessbr Coordinate preemployment medical checks and ensure status tracking before onboarding closurebr Liaise with IT and Admin teams for email ID creation laptop requests ID cards seating and other joining requirementsbr Support profile activation and maintain onboarding status updates until successful joiningbr Collect verify and maintain candidate documents related to personal education employment and statutory requirementsbr Ensure completeness accuracy and timely submission of documentation before verification and onboarding closurebr Maintain auditready employee records and digital documentation filesbr Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for missing or incorrect documents and ensure timely closurebr Prepare and maintain BGV onboarding and documentation MIS dashboards and status trackersbr Track aging pending cases SLA adherence and onboarding readiness statusbr Reconcile vendor invoices and support paymentrelated coordination where applicablebr Use HRMS Excel and reporting tools for accurate data management and reportingbr Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation in HR operations
