Job Purpose/ Summary

Lead and govern end-to-end merchandising operations by ensuring service delivery excellence, process standardization, team development, stakeholder management, compliance, continuous improvement, and achievement of productivity, quality, and business objectives.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end merchandising operations by ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to SLA, TAT and quality standards, effective workload planning, stakeholder management, process governance, and risk mitigation. The incumbent drives operational excellence through performance management, team development, knowledge management, process standardization, compliance, automation, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high levels of productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and business continuity.

Responsibility

Ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily merchandising activities adhering to defined SLA TAT and quality standardsbr Plan and allocate workloads based on business volume priorities complexity and team capacity to ensure optimal resource utilizationbr Drive employee engagement recognition and retention through targeted peopledevelopment initiativesbr Monitor operational performance analyze trends and identify root causes of deviations and bottlenecks implementing timely corrective actionsbr Maintain comprehensive process documentation SOPs and standardized ways of working across all activitiesbr Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks SLA risks quality issues and dependencies before they escalatebr Act as a key interface for Marketing Plant SalesBusiness and other stakeholders translating requirements into clear operational actionsbr Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular reviews timely communication and proactive updates on risks delays and exceptionsbr Take endtoend ownership of escalations establishing clear accountability and timelines and driving issues through resolutionbr Coordinate effectively with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Plant PPC PD IT Finance and Quality to resolve issues and prevent recurrencebr Partner with DigitalITAutomation teams to implement solutions and support new processbusiness transitions through structured plansbr Ensure smooth rampup of transitioned processes and achievement of agreed SLA while identifying improvement opportunities during transitionbr Optimize capacity and support FTE absorption through productivity process improvement and automationbr Track and communicate operational productivity quality and improvement performance in management reviewsbr Lead a collaborative accountable and customerfocused team culturebr Lead endtoend merchandising operations by ensuring effective Service Delivery Governance across SLA productivity quality and stakeholder satisfaction metricsbr Drive Performance Management Coaching to build highperforming teams while promoting Succession Planning CrossTraining to ensure business continuity and workforce capabilitybr Establish Standardized Processes maintain Knowledge Management SOP Ownership and ensure Governance Compliance Audit Readiness through robust controls documentation and risk managementbr Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to drive operational excellence continuous improvement and sustainable business outcomes
