About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations across multiple locations.

The candidate will be responsible for service delivery, operational performance, stakeholder management, team leadership, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end F&A service delivery across multiple locations and business units, ensuring operational efficiency and quality.
• Oversee finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service performance, productivity, and compliance with internal controls.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, governance reviews, escalations, and timely issue resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving accountability and a high-performance culture.
• Leverage SAP/ERP systems for efficient financial operations and accurate data management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, audit requirements, financial controls, and organizational policies.
• Prepare performance reports and present service delivery updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, Finance Operations, or Shared Services.
• Strong experience in service delivery management and F&A operations.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience managing R2R, P2P, O2C, AP, and AR processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and financial data management.
• Strong expertise in SLA/KPI management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.
• Proven people management and leadership experience across teams or locations.
• Experience in process improvement, cost optimization, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience in global shared services, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and finance process transformation
