Solutions Architect

• We are hiring a Solution Architect (Microsoft Stack) for a fast-growing logistics technology platform that's building next-generation digital infrastructure for the trucking and freight industry.
• The role requires a senior technology leader who can design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft technology stack and Azure Cloud.
• This position offers the opportunity to shape the technology roadmap and work directly with the senior leadership on a product that's transforming India's logistics landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise-grade architectures using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Azure.
• Lead solution design across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Drive microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and API-based development.
• Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, and drive architectural best practices.
• Establish coding standards, design principles, and DevOps practices (CI/CD) for high-quality delivery.
• Mentor development teams and conduct regular code and design reviews.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance across all systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services - App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Functions, Cosmos DB, Storage, etc.
• Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps or Jenkins, Git.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
