Assistant Vice President - Finance - Big4

Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week. Team handling experience. candidates who are available to join within 30 to 45 days.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership. team.
• Partner with business heads to drive sustainable business growth and profitability.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Oversee preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with. applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, statutory bodies, and. investors.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and. tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process.
• Analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and recommend corrective. actions.
• Monitor working capital, manage cash flow, and optimize financial efficiency.

Audit & Risk Management:

• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in a timely and efficient manner.
• Implement risk management strategies and strengthen internal audit practices.

Treasury & Stakeholder Management:

• Oversee treasury management, banking relationships, and capital structure. optimization.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
