Store Manager - Home Automation

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Manager who can manage store operations, drive lead generation, meet industry influencers, and deliver effective product demonstrations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and maintain store standards.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inquiries, and regular follow-ups.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers.
• Meet and build relationships with key influencers such as Architects, Builders, and Electricians for business growth.
• Drive influencer engagement and convert visits into business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at the store.
• Handle inventory, stock display, and timely replenishment.
• Maintain records of leads, customer visits, and influencer meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead tracking and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally.
