Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.Collaborate closely with the sales team to proactively follow up on outstanding balances and facilitate timely collections.Monitor aging reports, manage collections, and address delinquent accounts.Resolve billing disputes and customer inquiries promptly.Analyze AR data, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements.Maintain customer records, credit limits, and payment terms.Participate in month-end/year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in AR or credit management.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, and credit management.Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
