About the role:
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive who can take complete ownership of office administration. The role involves managing interiors and renovation work, handling vendors, ensuring workplace maintenance, and providing hospitality support. The right candidate should be well-organized, confident in negotiations, and capable of managing day-to-day operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office interiors and renovation projects by coordinating with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and timely maintenance.
- Handle vendor management including sourcing, negotiation, and building strong vendor relationships.
- Oversee hospitality arrangements and provide smooth office support for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Travel for vendor meetings and coordination as required
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management and coordination.
- Knowledge of handling interiors and renovation projects.
- Ability to manage office maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Experience in hospitality and workplace support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or related roles.
- Must have a 2 wheeler for office conveyance
