Human Resources (HR) Executive

• Recruitment and staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
• Employee relations: Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Performance management: Coordinate the performance appraisal process, guiding managers and employees
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans
• Work closely with management to identify training and development needs for employees
• HR policies and compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
• Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related policies and procedures
• HR administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
• Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the implementation of HRIS (human resource information system) if applicable
