Wipro - Assistant Vice President - Location Delivery Head - F&A Operations

Responsibilities:
- 18+ years of experience in managing large-scale delivery centers, shared services, or BPO operations.
- This is a critical leadership role where the incumbent will be responsible for managing a large team and driving stabilisation and transition activities across multiple geographies.
- Proven expertise in service delivery management, site governance, SLA/KPI management, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong people leadership experience with responsibility for large multi-functional teams.
- Stakeholder management and executive relationship management across customer, operations, and support functions.
- Experience in driving operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong risk, compliance, and business continuity management experience.
- Financial acumen including budget management, resource planning, and P&L ownership.
Essential Hiring Skills:
- Experience in setting up and scaling Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Centers.
- Person should have experience in managing minimum 500+ headcount.
- Exposure to Finance & Accounting operations (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury).
- Experience managing multi-country or multi-location delivery operations.
- Transformation leadership including process standardization and operating model redesign.
- Exposure to automation, AI, RPA, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting large transitions, migrations, or M&A integration programs.
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications.
