We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President - Order to Cash (OTC) to lead the end-to-end OTC function, drive operational excellence, manage strategic customer relationships, and deliver transformation initiatives across the finance operations tower.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in global OTC delivery, with a proven track record in leading large-scale teams, managing P&L, driving continuous improvement, and implementing technology-led transformation including AI and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) function and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
- Own overall process performance metrics, operational governance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the OTC tower's P&L, cost optimization, resource planning, and financial performance.
- Drive strategic cost management while balancing operational efficiency, risk, and innovation.
- Lead governance forums with customer leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, issues, and improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and act as a strategic business partner.
- Lead large, diverse teams with an empathetic and people-centric leadership approach.
- Develop talent, build leadership capability, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive process transformation and continuous improvement across the OTC lifecycle.
- Identify and implement best practices, process standardization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Partner with internal and external technology teams to evaluate and deploy AI Agents, automation, analytics, and other digital solutions.
- Lead transformation programs focused on improving efficiency, cash conversion, customer experience, and process controls.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, controls, and regulatory adherence across OTC operations.
- Proactively identify operational and regulatory risks and establish appropriate mitigation plans.
- Drive innovation while maintaining appropriate controls and risk management.

End-to-End OTC Process Ownership:
The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience across the complete Order to Cash lifecycle, including:
- Credit & Risk Management
- KYC / Customer Due Diligence
- Collections Strategy & Operations
- Revenue Assurance
- Billing Governance
- Cash Application
- Cash Conversion / Working Capital Optimization
- Customer Account Management
- Dispute and Deduction Management
- Process Controls, Compliance & Governance
Transformation & Digital Enablement:
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the OTC function.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, GenAI, intelligent automation, analytics, and digital technologies.
- Work with internal and external teams to design, pilot, and deploy AI Agents and technology solutions.
- Drive adoption of automation to improve productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, and customer experience.
- Establish a roadmap for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
- Measure and communicate the business value delivered through transformation initiatives.
Customer & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for OTC service delivery and governance.
- Lead executive-level governance discussions with customer leadership.
- Build credibility and trust through strong business understanding and transparent communication.
- Manage escalations effectively and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on strategic priorities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as Global GPO, Head of OTC, AVP OTC, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Order to Cash service delivery.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, best practices, technologies, tools, and operating models.
- Strong experience managing large-scale teams and complex global operations.
- Proven experience managing P&L, cost, productivity, and operational performance.
- Strong transformation and continuous improvement experience.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and technology-led solutions in finance operations.
- Excellent customer management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong regulatory awareness and credibility.
- Ability to balance risk, efficiency, cost, compliance, and innovation.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
