Job Description
Designation: Assistant Vice President - Pharmacovigilance Practice & Solutions
AVP-PV - Practice and Solution Head (14-20 yrs)
Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in PV
Skills Required: Proven experience leading global PV solution and operations
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in solutioning and large-deal support
- Technical expertise in PV areas such as ICSR, Signal detection, Aggregate reporting, Literature management, Global safety operations etc.
- Lead Solutioning & Business Development: Own RFP response strategy, solution architecture, operating models, pricing, bid defenses, and client transformation proposals to support new business acquisition and account growth.
- Provide Regulatory & Domain Leadership: Act as the senior SME for global PV regulations, safety processes, inspections, audit readiness, risk management, and compliance governance across client engagements.
- Drive PV Practice Strategy & Growth: Define the vision, service portfolio, and growth roadmap for Pharmacovigilance services while building thought leadership and expanding market presence.
- Build Client Relationships & Talent Capabilities: Partner with senior client stakeholders, mentor leadership teams, develop PV talent pipelines, and create a high-performance, future-ready pharmacovigilance organization.
