Wipro - Assistant Vice President - Record To Report/Order To Cash/Purchase To Pay - GPO

:
- Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at GPO or similar level and should have capability to manage the entire PTP - Purchase to Pay, OTC - Order to Cash or RTR - Record to Report function with 500+ FTEs reporting directly and indirectly.
- Drive on-time, accurate and quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes.
- Responsible for end-to-end accountability for process strategy, global standardization, process performance, and the transformation roadmap for one of the large MNC client.
- Leading a team of Senior Managers and Managers to ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed SLAs and KPIs as defined. Deliver all contractual client commitment and requirements.
- Attrition management and retention of key resources. Back up planning. Continuously strive to build a culture of high-performance. Facilitate effective teamwork and build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Well versed with BCP/DRP programs of the industry.
- Transition Support - Play a lead role in transition of processes by bringing in shared service specific knowledge and best practices for smooth implementation and execution.
- Drive the target-state Process Excellence and AI Agents roadmap across the processes.

- Drive global process simplification and standardization.
- Define KPI framework and business outcomes.
Transformation Ownership:
- Own automation backlog.
- Prioritize AI opportunities.
- Sponsor process redesign initiatives.
- Approve standard process models.
Supplier Governance:
- Primary interface with customer process owners, leads and senior stakeholders.
- Review service performance and transformation delivery, manage process escalations.
Governance:
- Lead Quarterly Steerco and monthly GPO cadence with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Review KPI scorecards, Resolve cross-functional process issues.
Owner of process Transformation/Adoption of AI digital life cycle:
- Create a mindset of innovation aimed at constantly challenging the norm to drive business value.
- Responsible for ensuring a disciplined approach to operational excellence.
- Drive ongoing continuous improvement through LEAN/six sigma, AI Agents opportunities with the relevant teams within all processes to improve profitability and process efficiency.
