ROLE PURPOSE:
We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial Practice Head to lead and accelerate the growth of the ENUC Business Process Services practice. The role will own revenue growth, market development, solutioning, presales, transformation and practice capability across Energy, Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction and adjacent sectors.
The leader will combine deep industry knowledge with BPS/BPO expertise to originate, shape and win complex managed services and transformation engagements.
The role will mobilise cross-functional capabilities across Consulting, Operations, Digital, Data, AI and partner ecosystems to deliver measurable client outcomes through process transformation, GenAI, Agentic AI and intelligent automation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Practice Growth and Revenue Leadership:
- Define and execute the ENUC BPS growth strategy across existing accounts, priority prospects and global markets.
- Own practice-level pipeline creation, opportunity qualification, deal conversion, bookings and revenue growth.
- Partner with account and sales leaders to develop account expansion plans, whitespace strategies and proactive propositions.
- Build senior relationships with client executives and position the practice as a business transformation and operations partner.
- Drive growth through a balanced portfolio of large deals, account mining, repeatable offerings and partner-led opportunities.
2. BPS/BPO Solutioning and Presales:
- Lead solution strategy and design for complex, multi-tower BPS/BPO, managed services and transformation opportunities.
- Orchestrate domain, consulting, delivery, technology, AI, commercial and transition teams through the pursuit lifecycle.
- Design target operating models covering people, process, technology, governance, location, controls and service management.
- Create compelling value propositions, transformation roadmaps, business cases, pricing constructs and executive narratives.
- Lead client workshops, solution presentations, due diligence, proposal defence and senior-level deal governance.
3. AI-led and Agentic Transformation:
- Define the AI and Agentic AI agenda for ENUC business operations, with clear use cases, value pools and adoption pathways.
- Build solutions that combine process redesign, GenAI, intelligent automation, process intelligence, analytics and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop agentic operating models for areas such as customer operations, case management, service desk, field support, revenue operations, procurement and back-office services.
- Convert emerging technologies into practical, secure and scalable BPS propositions with measurable productivity, experience, revenue and risk outcomes.
- Create reusable assets, accelerators, demonstrations and reference architectures in partnership with internal and external ecosystems.
4. Industry-led Operations Transformation:
- Shape industry-specific transformation propositions across utilities, energy, oil and gas, facilities management, property operations, infrastructure and construction services.
- Apply domain expertise to customer operations, meter-to-cash, field service support, asset and work management support, facilities helpdesk, property operations, supply chain, procurement and back-office processes.
- Design global delivery, shared services, GBS, captive transformation, vendor consolidation and managed operations models.
- Drive service delivery innovation that improves cost, quality, control, customer experience, agility and business outcomes.
5. Offerings, Alliances and Market Positioning:
- Build and industrialise differentiated ENUC BPS offerings, solution playbooks, commercial models and go-to-market campaigns.
- Develop joint propositions with cloud, AI, automation, process intelligence and industry-technology partners.
- Create relevant points of view, case studies, analyst content and executive-level thought leadership.
- Represent the practice in client forums, industry events, advisory discussions and analyst engagements.
6. Practice and Talent Leadership:
- Build a high-performing team of industry consultants, solution architects, presales professionals and domain specialists.
- Define capability priorities and drive structured learning across ENUC, BPS, transformation, consulting, AI and solutioning.
- Mentor future leaders, build succession depth and create deployable pools for strategic pursuits and client engagements.
- Promote a culture of client centricity, commercial ownership, innovation, collaboration and disciplined execution.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business administration, technology, operations management or equivalent industry experience.
- Relevant certifications in AI, digital transformation, consulting, programme management, process excellence or cloud technologies are desirable.
Experience:
- 18+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 12+ years in ENUC solutioning, presales, consulting, managed services, BPS/BPO or transformation roles.
- Proven track record of shaping, influencing and winning large, complex global BPS/BPO, outsourcing or managed services engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in revenue growth, pipeline creation, account expansion and executive client engagement.
- Experience designing global delivery, transition, transformation and operating models for business operations.
- Experience working across multiple global markets and with geographically distributed teams.
