We are looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching and application delivery technologies such as F5 Load Balancer and Citrix NetScaler. The role involves operational support, troubleshooting, configuration, and performance optimization of enterprise network environments.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Routing & Switching (Cisco/Juniper or equivalent).
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities as per ITIL processes.
- Configure and support F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers (LTM, iRules – basic).
Manage Citrix NetScaler (ADC) Including
- Virtual Servers
- Load balancing methods
- SSL offloading
- Health monitors
- Perform network troubleshooting for latency, packet loss, routing loops, and failover issues.
- Work with L3 teams and vendors for complex issues and escalations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services.
- Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
- Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and diagrams.
