Senior Manager - HR Operations & Industrial Relations - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions across corporate and manufacturing operations. The role will focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, workforce planning and manpower deployment across functions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, KRAs and appraisals.
• Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Support L&D and capability-building initiatives for office and factory teams.
• Develop and streamline HR policies, SOPs, HRMS and HR reporting.
• Manage shop-floor workforce and foster healthy industrial relations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant experience in HR management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong exposure to HR Operations, Employee Relations and Labour Compliance.
• Experience handling factory or shop-floor workforce and industrial relations.
• Strong communication, people-management and problem-solving skills.
