Executive Assistant (EA) to Founder

• About the Role
• We are looking for a smart, proactive, organized & tech-savvy Executive Assistant who can help the Founder save time, drive execution, and ensure things get done.
• This is not just a scheduling or admin role. We are looking for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, follow-ups, and using technology to improve productivity.
• Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research using Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other tools.
• Follow up with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Manage calendar, schedules, meetings, reminders, and coordination.
• Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, trains, hotels, cabs, itineraries, and last-mile coordination.
• Prepare and maintain MOMs, reports, trackers, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist with both business and personal tasks of the Founder (appointments, events, purchases, deliveries, gifting, etc.).
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.

• Skills We Are Looking For
• Strong follow-up, execution, and ownership mindset
• Good research ability
• Comfortable with AI tools and technology
• Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of numbers and calculations
• Fast note-taking and documentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand the purpose behind a task, not just follow instructions
• Who Can Apply

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Capable freshers with strong learning ability and ownership mindset are welcome.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
