Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP
• Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial or service solutions
• Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Prepare financial reports, client presentations, and performance updates
• Resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support the finance team during monthly closing activities and audits
• Contribute toward achieving business targets and organizational objectives

• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and Client/Account Management
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
