Key Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, orders, account updates, and service applications.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information.
• Follow customer service policies, communication guidelines, and quality standards.
• Achieve response time and customer satisfaction goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and active listening.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Voice Process, Call Centre, or Client Support.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
