About the Team

The Variable Compensation Operations team is responsible for calculating and ensuring timely disbursement of sales commission and bonuses related variable compensation. This is an area of significant growth in volume and complexity requiring processes to be transformed to focus on simplification and compliance. This team will be a key part of building new processes and analytics.

About the Role

Join our growing Variable Compensation Operations team to ensure accurate incentive calculations, resolve case inquiries, and build scalable processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills to support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day global monthly payouts, adjustments, and variable comp plan inquiries via our case management system.

• Troubleshooting & Analytics: Investigate root causes of issues, identify inquiry patterns, and develop reporting to drive platform and process improvements.

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain SOX controls and write clear, evolving process documentation.

• System Testing: Lead QA testing for system developments, including test plans, change management, and team enablement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, serve as a subject matter expert, and lead ad hoc analytical projects.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in advanced data analytics, translating complex insights into revenue/efficiency gains for leadership.

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise ICM platforms (CaptivateIQ, Xactly Incent, Varicent, Anaplan).

• 5+ years supporting internal/external audits and managing SOX controls.

• 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and large dataset manipulation.

• Ability to manage concurrent deadlines while handling confidential compensation data with discretion.

  Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business field.

• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and SLAs.
