About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead NEMBHARATs brand strategy, campaigns, and market expansion across India. You will work closely with the leadership team to design and execute integrated marketing programmes that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams toward bold brand goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR
• Lead the marketing team and manage agency partners and freelancers
• Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Track KPIs and marketing ROI, presenting monthly reports to leadership
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate with business development and sales to generate qualified leads
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 4–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mobility, logistics, or transportation sector
• Prior experience with a growing brand or startup ecosystem
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
