Global Research Director Project Manager

The Role: The GRD Project Manager will support our group of Global Research Directors with their critical day-to-day operational and executive work. The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of GRD related meetings focused and prioritized


• Working with other functions at WorldQuant to further GRD initiatives and programs


• Tracking action items and gathering notes for the weekly GRD meeting


• Collaborating with GRDs to develop and prioritizing business strategies


• Preparing data-driven updates via decks, graphs, etc.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-5 years of experience in an analytical, data science, and/or project management role


• Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a global team


• Background in data science, financial services or consulting is preferred, but not required


• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university


• Outstanding attention to detail


• Python, C++ and/or SQL knowledge is a plus


• Basic database knowledge and strong problem-solving skills


• Experience working with highly confidential information; must show the highest degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
