  • Excellent English communication skills required

  • Key Requirements:
  • 1 year of any customer support experience
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • Customer handling skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle international customer calls (Voice Process)
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints
  • Provide accurate support and best customer experience
  • Maintain call quality and service standards
