Hiring for Google Ads- Customer Service Voice Process
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support digital marketing and media campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Track KPIs and ensure quality delivery as per defined SLAs
- Coordinate with internal media and operations teams
- Handle campaign-related queries and escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
