Project Manager - General Banking

:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in General Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, application design, testing, stakeholder management, and delivery of complex banking projects.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to banking domains such as Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, and Digital Products, along with a good understanding of AI technologies and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities across banking and digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with product owners, technology teams, architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support application design discussions and ensure proposed solutions address business requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Lead project deliverables, track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving banking applications, customer journeys, and digital products.
• Apply business analysis expertise across areas such as Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, and Digital Banking.
• Understand and evaluate potential applications of AI technologies within banking and digital products.
• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing, including test scenario definition, defect clarification, and validation of business requirements.
• Identify requirement gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential impacts of proposed changes.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to resolve requirements and delivery issues.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure requirements remain traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and drive tasks and deliverables to completion.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a combination of both, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management for complex functional areas.
• General banking domain exposure across one or more areas such as Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, or Digital Banking.
• Experience working on digital transformation initiatives and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong understanding of application requirements, functional design, testing, and implementation processes.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Good awareness of AI technologies and their potential applications in banking or digital products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, manage project deliverables, and work independently.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
