We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the International Process related to E-commerce and Technical Voice Support .

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer experience by handling international customer interactions through inbound voice calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure first call resolution (FCR) by understanding customer concerns and providing accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality benchmarks, data privacy, and security protocols at all times.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity , customer satisfaction , and compliance Standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• UG/Graduate withminimum1 yr of experience in International Contact centre/customer service can apply.
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Looking for Immediate Joiners only.
• Candidate should be comfortable with 24/7 & Rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Comprehension Skills.
