Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS ensuring high availability and scalability
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
- Ensure security best practices, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance standards Automate operational processes and improve system reliability (SRE practices)
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment efficiency
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across environments
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes / ECS)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPC design)
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments
DESIRED SKILLS:

- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferred over others) Strong CI/CD mindset with automation-first approach
- Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Exposure to serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
- Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (Azure / GCP is a plus)
- Understanding of security and compliance standards (ISO, SOC2)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
