Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. The role also requires experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality, with preference for candidates who have built and deployed production-grade applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into runtime architectures, such as AI-powered workflows, RAG solutions, intelligent assistants, or agentic applications.

Key Responsibilities includes

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, testing, and code quality.

Required Competencies

Technical Skills

• Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate

AI Development Experience

Experience with one or more AI-assisted development tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• Cursor AI
• Claude Code
• Microsoft Copilot / ChatGPT

Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews while maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Preferred: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise-scale environments.
