About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who enjoys working at the intersection of client servicing, project coordination, and creative execution.

In our pod system, youll support client relationships while assisting in project management within your pod, ensuring smooth communication between Strategy, Creative, and Delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in client servicing, develop strategic thinking, and gain hands-on experience managing campaigns from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Coordination Support

• Support the Senior Account Manager in managing day-to-day client communication.
• Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and project objectives to help create clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Assist in presenting ideas, campaign plans, and updates to clients when required.
  

Project Coordination (Pod Role)

• Help manage workflows, timelines, and task tracking within the pod.
• Coordinate with Designers, Writers, Strategists, and Media teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project progress and follow up internally to maintain deadlines.
• Assist in managing approvals, revisions, and final deliveries.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate proactively.

Performance & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure quality and consistency with client expectations.
• Support identification of additional opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency (preferred).
