Communication Strategist

Were looking for a Communication Strategist who can blend creativity with strategy to craft powerful brand narratives and marketing communication plans. Youll define how brands speak, what they say, and where they say it.

• Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Build integrated communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Analyze audience insights, trends, and competitors to inform strategic direction.
• Support new business pitches with strategic communication ideas and narratives.
• Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team; monitor performance and maintain accountability.
• Support project management to deliver campaigns on time and within defined scope.
• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving to resolve creative or execution challenges.
  

• 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate insights into impactful creative direction.
• Strong organizational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
• Deep understanding of AI tools for creativity, efficiency, and faster, smarter execution.
• Agency experience preferred.
