Job Description

Sales Intern

Location: Kochi

Role Objective

The Sales & Marketing Intern will support the Sales Coordinator and Business Development team in managing documentation, CRM updates, and day-to-day sales operations. The role is designed to ensure smooth data flow, accurate record-keeping, and timely support across lead management and client communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining CRM data for all incoming and existing leads.
  • Support in documenting client requirements, call summaries, and meeting notes.
  • Maintain and organise lead trackers, call logs, and follow-up records.
  • Assist the Sales Coordinator in scheduling meetings and sending calendar invites.
  • Help prepare and organise proposal documents, presentations, and client communication drafts.
  • Support in sending introductory emails, follow-ups, and onboarding documents.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure all documents, files, and data are structured, updated, and easily accessible.

Key Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding of end-to-end sales workflow (lead → proposal → onboarding)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business operations
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle structured tasks
