CRM - Project Operations - Resource Profile Request
1. Position Overview
Experience Level: 6+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM
2. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM, including forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
- Configure and manage Project Operations modules for project management, resource scheduling, and billing.
- Set up and troubleshoot Dual Write for real-time synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and CSS.
- Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automation of business processes.
- Implement data integration batch jobs and ensure data integrity using SQL and Dataverse.
- Integrate CRM with external systems such as Power BI (PBI), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Apps.
- Manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD in Dynamics 365 environments.
- Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

4. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MB-200/240 (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
5. Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure services for integrations.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
