Yes Bank - Lead/Manager - HR Projects

Role Purpose
The HR Project Lead will drive strategic, enterprise-wide people initiatives that support YES BANK's organizational priorities, culture aspirations and employee experience agenda. The role will partner with HR Leadership, Business HR teams, and Centres of Excellence to design, implement, and monitor high-impact interventions across the Bank.
The incumbent will leverage data analytics, research, and structured problem-solving approaches to identify opportunities, recommend interventions, and ensure successful execution of HR transformation initiatives across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Transformation
- Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects aligned with the Bank's people strategy and business objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute strategic interventions to improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive governance, project planning, stakeholder management, implementation tracking, and outcome measurement for key HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
Employee Experience & Culture

- Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Support culture-building programs that reinforce organizational values, leadership expectations, and employee engagement.
- Evaluate effectiveness of initiatives through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Surveys & Insights
- Lead engagement surveys, pulse surveys, stay interviews, exit surveys, and other employee listening initiatives.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify organizational themes and actionable insights.
- Develop executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership review.
HR Analytics & Decision Support
- Leverage workforce data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and management reports using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a compelling and business-oriented manner.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, business leaders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders through data-backed insights and structured recommendations.
Qualifications
Education
- MBA / Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline from a premier institute.
Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in HR Strategy, HR Transformation, HR Consulting, Organizational Development, People Analytics, Employee Experience, or related domains.
- Prior experience with leading consulting firms or strategic HR roles in large organizations will be preferred.
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or other large, matrixed organizations is desirable.
