About the Role:

YES MADAM is looking for a highly strategic, creative and business-oriented Creative Director / Head of Creative to own the overall creative vision of the brand. The ideal candidate should combine exceptional creative thinking, strong brand-building capabilities, data orientation, budget ownership and commercial understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall creative vision, strategy and execution for YES MADAM across all consumer touchpoints.
• Build and strengthen the brand's creative identity, visual language and communication framework.
• Develop and lead large-scale, high-impact brand campaigns from concept to execution.
• Drive creative strategy across Digital, Social, Performance Marketing, App, Influencer, Content, OOH and Offline.
• Lead and mentor large multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Design, Copy, Video, Content, Production and Social Media.
• Manage large creative/design budgets, ensuring optimum resource allocation, cost efficiency and ROI.
• Manage external creative agencies, production houses, freelancers and vendors.
• Be highly data-driven, using consumer insights, analytics and performance metrics to guide creative decisions.
• Understand and evaluate CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, Engagement, Conversion, Retention and ROI.
• Balance long-term brand building with short-term performance and revenue objectives.
• Work closely with Brand, Growth, Performance Marketing, Product and Business teams to align creative with business goals.
• Establish creative performance metrics and continuously optimise creative output based on data.
• Ensure consistent brand quality and creative excellence across all platforms and campaigns.
• Work directly with Founders/CXO leadership on major brand initiatives and strategic campaigns.

Requirements:

• Should have 12-18+ years of experience in Creative, Brand, Advertising or Design leadership.
• Strong experience in D2C, Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle or Consumer Brands.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director, Creative Head, Executive Creative Director or Group Creative Director.
• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating large-scale campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Strong commercial understanding with budgeting, vendor management and P&L awareness.
• Should be able to demonstrate measurable business impact from creative investments.
• Strong visual taste, storytelling ability and understanding of digital-first/social-first content.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
