COO - With Investment

Janie Everett, the founder of Yoke and a sound practitioner and facilitator with diverse experience in creative advertising, arts, production, and retail sectors, is in search of a dedicated partner to join hands in an equity sharing capacity. The partner will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing the on-site team while Janie focuses on branding, marketing, and educational/training content.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of YOKE GOA, you will hold a full-time on-site position with investment responsibilities in South Goa. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily operations, devising and executing business strategies, and managing company finances. The role entails budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring efficient operations management. Moreover, you will need to provide analytical insights to support decision-making processes and propel business expansion.

To excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Finance and Budgeting
• Outstanding leadership and organizational capabilities - a knack for leveraging the latest AI and technology to enhance our agile, digital space
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi being essential
• Demonstrated success in a similar operational role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
